Payments and digital delivery, from concept to launch

Ideas. People. Possibilities.

Rebekah Njoku

I take digital products from concept to launch, especially when the plan changes halfway through.

Most of my career has been in payments, at Gemalto, Barclaycard and McLEAR. I know how card payments work end to end, from issuer and processor to gateway, acquirer and scheme, so I can work confidently with engineers, partners and regulators.

I’m now a Delivery Manager with FDM Group, placed at Transport for Greater Manchester, where I manage delivery for the TfGM website and workplace technology.

I’m at my best owning the plan, the risks and the trade-offs, and keeping senior stakeholders clear on what’s happening and why.

Alongside that I run Oku Solutions, a small studio that designs and builds automation, AI agents and Microsoft 365 workplace tools. It keeps my hands on the technology, from APIs to AI-assisted products.
